Our Services
At Wildflower ABA, our services are designed to support children and families in the places where life happens most. We provide individualized, client-focused ABA therapy with a focus on meaningful skills, family partnership, and real-life growth.
Every child’s plan is personalized based on their strengths, needs, communication style, and family priorities.
-
In-home therapy allows children to build meaningful skills in a familiar, comfortable environment. Sessions may focus on communication, play, daily routines, emotional regulation, independence, sibling interaction, safety, transitions, and other goals that matter in everyday family life.
At Wildflower ABA, therapy is individualized and play-based whenever possible. We work to make sessions feel natural, supportive, and connected to your child’s real life — not just a checklist of goals.
Skills may include:
Requesting wants and needs
Building independence with daily routines
Increasing flexibility with changes or transitions
Developing play and social skills
Strengthening communication
Reducing barriers that impact safety, learning, or participation
-
Families are an essential part of the therapy process. We do not expect caregivers to become therapists, but we do want you to feel informed, supported, and confident in helping your child use new skills outside of sessions.
Caregiver collaboration may include reviewing progress, practicing strategies together, discussing what is working at home, problem-solving challenges, and building routines that feel realistic for your family.
Support may focus on:
Understanding your child’s behavior and communication
Supporting transitions and daily routines
Encouraging independence
Responding to challenging moments
Practicing communication strategies
Creating consistency across caregivers and settings
Our goal is for families to feel like true partners — never outsiders to their child’s care.
-
When appropriate and approved, Wildflower ABA may provide support in school or educational settings. School-based services can help children practice skills in the environments where they learn, interact with peers, and navigate group routines.
This may include supporting communication, transitions, classroom participation, peer interaction, independence, emotional regulation, and behavior support within the school setting.
School-based services depend on several factors, including clinical need, school approval, funding requirements, and team collaboration.
Possible areas of support include:
Classroom routines and transitions
Peer interaction and play
Communication with adults and classmates
Following group instructions
Building independence in school routines
Supporting behavior plans across environments
We aim to collaborate respectfully with families, school teams, and other providers whenever school-based support is appropriate.
-
Before therapy begins, a BCBA completes an individualized assessment to better understand your child’s strengths, needs, communication, learning style, and family priorities.
This process helps us create a treatment plan that is meaningful, realistic, and connected to everyday life. Goals are not chosen from a generic list. They are developed based on what will help your child build skills, reduce barriers, and participate more fully in the routines and relationships that matter most.
The assessment process may include caregiver interviews, observation, direct skill assessment, record review, and collaboration with other providers when appropriate.

Helping young adults grow into confident, capable employees.
Employment is about more than getting a job, it's about building independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in the community. Through evidence-based ABA strategies, we help adolescents and young adults develop the skills needed to prepare for, obtain, and succeed in employment.
Our supports can include:
Job readiness and interview skills
Workplace communication and social interactions
Professional behavior and self-advocacy
Following routines and completing job tasks
Time management and organization
Coping with changes and problem solving
On-the-job support and coaching (when appropriate)
Collaboration with families, employers, and community partners
Whether an individual is preparing for their first job or needs additional support to be successful in the workplace, our goal is to foster greater independence and long-term success.
